Q: Does the cup lid material meet food-grade safety standards?
A: All our cup lids are made of food-grade PP (polypropylene) or PET materials, which comply with FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) and EU 10/2011 (EU Food Contact Materials) standards. SGS test reports will be provided before the product leaves the factory to ensure that it is non-toxic, heat-resistant and suitable for hot and cold drinks.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customized cup lids?
A: The basic customized MOQ is 10,000 pieces, and small batch trial orders (minimum 3,000 pieces) are supported. If special processes (such as embossed printing or silicone seals) are required, the MOQ may be adjusted. We encourage customers to place trial orders before mass production to reduce risks.

Q: Do I need to pay for mold fees? What are the requirements for the design file format?
A: There is no mold fee for standard size cup lids. You only need to provide vector design drawings in AI or PDF format. If non-standard sizes or structures are required, mold opening fees are required.

Q: How long does the production cycle and delivery time take?
A: The production cycle for regular orders is 20-25 days (including sample confirmation), and expedited orders can be shortened to 15 days (10% expedited fee is required). It takes about 30-35 days to ship to European and American ports by sea, and supports DDP/DAP logistics solutions.

Q: Has the factory passed BSCI or social responsibility factory inspection certification?
A: We have passed BSCI certification (rating B), ensuring that the production process complies with SA8000 standards, including prohibition of child labor, reasonable working hours and safe environment. Factory inspection reports are available upon request.
