Pretreatment of base paper

Digital printing

Composite processing
Using hot pressing lamination technology (PET film 12μm), high-temperature roller pressing (150℃/5kg/cm²) is used to achieve complete fusion between the film and paper.
Die-cutting
Use a CNC die-cutting machine (accuracy ±0.05mm) to complete the bag structure molding, and the cutting edge is smooth and burr-free.
Heat-sealing bag making
Using a pulse high-frequency heat sealing machine (temperature 180℃/pressure 4kg/cm²) to ensure that the bag body joint strength is ≥2.5N/mm.
Functional assembly
The automatic rope threading equipment accurately implants the PP handle (tensile strength ≥80N), and the position deviation is controlled within ±1.5mm.
Full inspection process
Scan appearance defects through visual inspection system (resolution 5μm), combined with air tightness test (pressure maintenance 0.3MPa/30s).
